It sounds to me that the key she’s using isn’t programmed to your jeep — meaning the chip inside the key isn’t being recognized by the jeeps skim (sentry key immobilizer module) computer as a valid key. Powerful battery, everything else worked, but it would not start. The low key fob battery isn’t the issue — that won’t cause a non start afaik.

They Said It Was Defective From Not Putting Out Enough Volts, But I Went To Car Quest Got A Rebuilt One With.
